Gru certainly ...I always liked the Serpent Society. Gru certainly gave them distinct personalities, and given the size of the group, that probably wasn't the easiest task. And they were certainly a colorful group as well. <br /><br />The drug story seemed like a good idea, just bad execution.<br /><br />"Waid’s Cap was very much an icon, the character everyone in the book stands in awe of. Gru tends to avoid this. Cap’s legendary status is occasionally given a nod, but Gru is more interested in writing Cap as a man."<br /><br />I have to agree with Gru's take over Waid's. Maybe it's because I'm not American? I always did laugh and/or roll my eyes whenever Waid would write non-Americans popping boners over Cap. Seriously, no, we wouldn't. wwk5dnoreply@blogger.com
