The city.


New York.

Littered with towering concrete giants that seem to swallow up the sky.

They are silent -- frozen -- man-made guardians.

Below is where the city’s heartbeat is.

People scurry about their business.

Oblivious to the crowds -- the congestion -- the pressure --

Yet --

--At times, some wish they could --

RISE ABOVE IT ALL!

    Huh. Until the DOOM DOOM DOOM part, I had no idea what this was all about! I've never read this era of this title (couldn't stand the artist), so this should be interesting...

    While I liked your TMNT series I never read the comics so I couldn't really relate like I did the the X-men ones. However, I am looking forward to what's coming up. I don't think Todd (never could spell his last name) stayed with the title for much more than a year. Are you going to follow him to Spawn when the Spidey run is done?
