Evan Dorkin's answers to any questions regarding that Batman Beyond episode haven't changed over time, so I can guess what he wrote in that comment was that in the original script, Cuvier would've been introduced as a distant relative of Francine Langstrom and her father.
That comic book has aged a lot better than any of the Batman Beyond comics made in the last decade, frankly.
Kevin Dunn's highest profile work is definitely the Transformers movie, but he probably gets recognized on the street a lot for VEEP (Which sadly, being such a stacked cast, he was never nominated outside of ensemble awards).
